What is a family counseling center today The cf is a specialized center for the prevention aimed at women and couples. It 's a service to the family and education for responsible parenthood. The proposed Law of Pd tends to improve our services and their primary function, but remember that these structures are the result of a battle of women was essential to change their status in society. Self-determination of women and responsible procreation are fundamental principles for the democratic life of the country that no law can question.
